Meet Our Team
I try to raise my children with a good work ethic and a “can’t never could ” attitude. As a family, we believe in helping those who are willing to help themselves and pray for those who aren’t. My roles in the company are plentiful:
- I manage the day-to-day operations through the great people I have in the office and in the field.
- I sell our products and services and meet with new and existing customers.
- I spend a lot of time at the fabrication shop keeping it moving smoothly, which includes multiple tasks such as welding, fabricating, and sometimes pushing a broom.
As the owner of the company, I feel there is no role I cannot or will not play. If something needs to get done and the other members of our team are busy doing their tasks, there is no reason I shouldn’t be willing to step in and pick up the slack. I pride myself on a willingness and determination to succeed in whatever I put my mind to.
It is my goal to create a business that, first and foremost, I am proud of. I also want to create a business that my team members are proud of and want to stay in so they can be a part of the growth of this company. I say team members because that’s how I see the fine people that work here. I may be the leader, but without the help of a team, the leader is nobody. I want these people to be a part of the success.
In my career, I have managed to be a part of some amazing projects. Some are as small as building a pump house for a water well and some are as big as an airplane hangar for a major sports team. We build everything from barndominiums to warehouses and much more. To say the least, I couldn’t be happier about where this company is and where it came from. I look forward to many more years of success and growth with the current people and those who become a part of the team in the future.

I joined the team in January 2019. I came from the oil and gas industry seeking a career in the construction world. Since I have joined Bal-Con, I have gone through just about every aspect of the company, from picking up trash to erecting buildings to selling and managing projects. After doing so, I have decided that the construction world and being part of the Bal-con team is where I belong.
